WAINSCOTTING IN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM- CEILINGS AND WALLS! NEW FULL BATH UPSTAIRS WITH DOUBLE SINK, AND HALF BATH DOWNSTAIRS.
brand new stainless steel appliances! also outdoor shower with hot and cold water and of course the heated pool in the backyard oasis!! for me a perfect day is to go to the beach, return home for a cocktail in the pool and then shower and enjoy the sunset on your upper deck with oceanview! then either go out for the night to one of the great restaurants on the beach or head to downtown saint augustine itself! (a 5 minute drive away)
